If you are inside the United States, the normal shipping time is between 7 to 14 working days depending on the size of artwork. We will contact you as to estimated arrival. If you are outside the United States it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks. This information is for Painting and personal artwork. Books will be sent within 7 to 14 days or sooner. Back to the top

For us to provide you with the best possible packaging to keep damage at a minimum, the shipping and handling charges are as follows to the Continental United States (slightly higher for International orders): Regular shipping charge: $29.00 per order or more depending on the artwork shipped. Please Note: Customs, duties, and other import taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees do not include taxes or importing fees of any kind. Rush delivery will help reduce shipping time, however normal processing times still apply. Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee these time frames due to the delivery system, especially during holidays and peak periods. At Elaine's online gallery we have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, you may return it to us for a credit, less shipping and handling charges, to your account providing the following steps are taken. Authorization by us is required for all returns prior to you sending artwork back. We do not credit our shipping charges from your original purchase. Returns are not accepted for any reason other than damages. To obtain this refund, please return the artwork after you have received authorization, prepaid to the address below. Please include your name, address, phone number and Order ID number so we can locate your order in our system. We will not contact you by phone unless there is a problem with your order and we do not receive a response to email attempts. We occasionally send announcments and special offers to those customers and visitors who have signed up to receive such information.
